We are a powerwashing and exterior cleaning company; not social media company. However, we are seeing that social media can be a great way to reach clients, share content, and be introduced to potential clients without extra expense. This is great for us, and great for our clients as we aren't forced to 'bake-in' hidden costs to our clients for extensive costs of marketing and ads.

Isn't sales tax only for item purchases?

We regret to inform that we are required, by law, to charge sales tax. Pressure washing classifies as the "..restoration or maintenance of tangible personal property.." as per Rule 3.292 Repair, Remodeling, Maintenance, and Restoration of Tangible Personal Property in the Texas Administration Code and the TxComptroller's website.

Why hire someone to do something so simple?

You are completely right. Pressure washing and general cleanup isn't difficult work at all; in fact the hardest part about the business is the upfront equipment cost and ongoing maintenance costs. The second hardest part about our work is doing the job ethically and correctly. Besides, why pay thousands of dollars for equipment, and still have to spend your weekend doing the work, maintaining that equipment, and finding a place to store it? Our services are likely much cheaper than that and you can watch us work, or enjoy your weekend instead.

What surfaces can be pressure washed?

Pressure washing is suitable for a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, brick, wood, vinyl siding, decks, driveways, sidewalks, fences, and more. Our experienced team knows how to adjust the pressure and cleaning solutions for each surface type to ensure the best results without causing damage.

What is Efflorescence?

Efflorescence is a white or gray powdery or fluffy deposit of salts that forms on the surface of porous materials such as concrete, brick, stone, or stucco. It occurs when water dissolves salts from within the material and then evaporates, leaving the salts behind. While efflorescence isn't usually harmful to humans, it can cause mild irritation if it comes into contact with the eyes or is inhaled. It can sometimes be difficult to remove, but with chemical formulations and some training, it can be removed with ease. We can help.

Do you do charity work?

We love giving back; schools, churches, local outreach centers, widows and retired veterans. If you have an idea on how we can support the community, or a person in need; let us know.

Do you only take cash?

Nope. We're a business, not summertime weekend-warriors here. We take payment via check, debit & credit card, apple pay, and direct bank to bank transfers. While we prefer cash to avoid rising credit card processing fees, we can accomodate almost any request. Let's discuss it.

Do you offer specials, or discounts?

Absolutely. We are 100% a for-profit business, and must generate a profit to ensure our sustainability. However, we also believe in giving back to the community and the people that help support our business. Contact us to hear about the current specials.

Your team was only here for an hour?

It can sometimes feel strange to pay an amount that feels excessive for an hour of work. There are many factors that aide in our ability to quickly perform our services; with experience, and proper equipment being at the front of the line. We do not sell 'by the hour work'; we sell results. Let us provide it to you. Besides, do you really want us hanging out with you all day or would you rather enjoy your clean home quicker?

Can you work in the rain?

It's not ideal mainly because who enjoys wet shorts? However, our business is water based and were prepared with rain suits, when needed. We can work in light rain and post-rain. If there is lighting and thunder nearby, we may cower to safety and return later to avoid becoming freshly cooked bacon on your lawn!

My highschooler needs a job. Do you hire?

Absolutely. Under guidance of local labor law rules and regulations, we love working with up-and-coming young people that are either looking for some summer spending money, or sparking interest in a potential career. We've approached local high schools and requested information on how to work within the co-op regulations as well. This is developing.

Do I need to be present during the work?

We understand your time is valuable. You don’t have to be present during the pressure washing service unless you prefer to be. Our professional team can efficiently complete the job, and we will make arrangements for access if you’re not available.

I have a dog. Is that a problem?

We love dogs, cats, and even chinchillas... however, if any of those bite, we prefer that you keep them contained inside your home while our teams are working. Our equipment can create loud noises that may startle your animals.

Can you remove old oil stains?

Old oil stains are the hardest to get rid of, especially in one treatment. The older the stain, the more time its had to 'set' into the porous surfaces of the concrete. We can reduce them, and in some cases reduce them enough to go unnoticed. We cannot always remove them like they never existed. This is a case by case basis. Is ProClean local?

Yes, we're not a traveling road show that treats this as a summer job. You may bump into us at the grocery store. If you do, say Hello!

Isn't bleach bad?

Much like any chemical, too much of it can be bad. We ensure our mixtures are safely blended to ratios considered functional, yet safe. We do not believe in blasting our client's homes with hot mixtures of anything for the sole purpose of completing the faster.
